We can feel victory in certain areas of our life, but our aim is to feel victorious in all areas of our life. Now, yes, this may mean hard work is needed in certain areas.

I do love this quote, because if you have the fight in you; if you refuse to give up on your dreams, your soul purpose, you will achieve it. You must believe in yourself. You must believe that victory will be yours. You must take your life and live it to the fullest. You can feel victorious if you are working towards something because every day you will achieve another goal; every day you are a step closer. Every day you must reflect on the victory of your success for that day. A daily victory will lead to a life of victory.
To achieve that victorious feeling, you must believe you can do this. You must have faith in your ability. You must keep striving forward and know that you are going to win. Think about the Law of Attraction, whatever your thoughts you are attracting, you are the creator of your life. If you think you can win, you will … if you think you can’t win, you won’t! You will put the effort in where it’s needed if you want to feel victorious. Putting the effort in tells the universe you are willing to work towards your goals … the universe will respond with opportunities to help move you forward.
Talk positively about your goals, drive yourself forward and speak only about your victories, no matter how small they are. Don’t talk about situations not working. Don’t focus on the things that could go wrong. Think about, talk about and embrace all the wonderful things that will go right. Focus on the end goal and the winning. Focus on the victory. If you focus on victory you will bring that to you, if you focus on defeat you will bring that to you. So it’s important to check your thoughts and embrace the feeling of winning, embrace the feeling of achieving, embrace the feeling that you are victorious.
In this week’s therapeutic writing exercise let’s focus on the victories in life
This week’s exercise is to write daily. At the end of each day write about the achievements you have made, what victories can be celebrated. Small steps count and if you are ticking off boxes you are moving forward.
So every day this week write about your victories. If this helps, you can continue this after the week. It’s something you could get into the habit of doing. Sometimes we feel as if we haven’t got anywhere, we have days where we feel that treadmill is just rolling on and we are just walking through life. Life is happening to us, we’re not making it happen for us … once you start to write down your daily wins you’ll be encouraged to achieve more wins. You’ll feel the surge of energy to get out there and make life happen for you. Go and be victorious!
Remember: Positive messages throughout the day, helps the negative thoughts stay away.
