Jumping doesn’t sound like the most inspirational of words, however, the connotation behind it can mean so much more than we can imagine. Let’s look at it from the verb that it is, ‘Jump’ – Give yourself a shake on a morning, stick on some tunes and jump! Yes, if you’ve got kids, get them to join in and jump, dance and shake away all that negativity that may be hanging over you first thing on a morning. Not only is this a great way to start your day, if you do have kids, you’ll be showing them the best way to live their life. Once you’ve jumped around the kitchen in your pj’s, you’ll feel that you can jump into life.
Starting your morning routine with a jump is a great way to increase your energy levels.
Increased energy levels will allow you to live life from a positive angle. Ok, so maybe you don’t have any inclination to jump out of bed on a morning and dance around the kitchen, but on a serious note, you should look at jumping into a life you want and deserve. A leap into your passions, the things that make you tick. If you jump into your life and follow your heart, you’ll want to jump out of bed every morning and dance around the kitchen.
Jump forward courageously so you don’t go running back
I know, it seems like a catch-22 situation … but you must take the plunge to live a different life, if the life you are leading at the moment isn’t serving you. You must take the jump to make the changes and grow. When you take the leap you have to hold on and fly with it. There’s no point half-heartedly attempting, yes take small steps, but your heart and soul needs to be in it, even if the steps are small, because if the slightest hiccup occurs, you’ll be running the other way fast. Once you start running the other way it’s hard to get back on track. But when you take a jump that fills your body with joy, you will knock down any barriers that come your way.
We just have to take the plunge
Sometimes we need an extra push to take a plunge, take a risk or simply live our life. Fear is your ego talking. Telling you not to take the jump. Fear will stop you leading the life you truly deserve. If you listen to your fear, you will allow circumstances, situations and people to get in the way of the life you SHOULD be leading. Is there something you long to do with your life? Is there a dream you wish to fulfil? Waiting for circumstances to change or be perfect before you take that jump, will inevitably leave you standing still; stuck in the same spot. If you feel an urge to make a change in your life, follow your instincts, follow your gut and make it happen.
Jump into the life you want; the life you deserve – only you can make these changes. If jumping feels scary then do it in stages, take baby steps, because remember the smallest steps count.

If I could take one jump in my life, what would it be?
Why would I want to take this jump?
What difference would this jump make to my life?
How would it improve my energy levels?
What can I do to make this jump happen?
