Are you having enough laughter in your life?

In my previous post that I shared on laughter, I shared an article that research had shown how laughter is extremely good for us. Laughter is one of the best forms of releasing built-up anxiety and stress. Often if we’re not in a good place, the last thing we want to do is laugh. However, if we can bring ourselves out of the comfort zone of worrying and bring some lightness into our lives, you will see how laughter can help with lifting your worries.

I love this blog post by Thomas Flindt; he talks about his laughter classes and reasons why we stop laughing as we grow older.

The sound of children laughing is one of the best sounds. I love listening to my daughters playing and something setting them off laughing. Plus, they both have a way of trying to tell me a funny story, but can’t get their words out because the laughter has kicked in, this in itself makes me laugh. I truly appreciate those times and we relish in them together.

In my previous post on laughter you can take part in the therapeutic writing exercise. Ask yourself are you laughing enough? Plus, you’ll find more quotes, tips and advice on bringing more laughter into your life.
